Kyshona

Kyshona Armstrong, a blues dynamo and former music therapist gone rogue, has a natural gift for using music to tap into emotion. There is a common thread of overcoming, hope, and empowerment in her songwriting and storytelling with vocal stylings reminiscent of Aretha Franklin, Etta James and Al Green. Her music has been heard on HBO’s Insecure short film series and major prime time television shows on ABC, CBS and NBC.

The Black Market Trust
An American Traditional Pop/Vocal Jazz group  from Los Angeles melds two distinctly different vibes – one of a gypsy campfire, the other a slick metropolitan nightclub – into a cohesive, stylish sound. The group takes the stage to feature material from The Great American Songbook infused with Django Reinhardt’s romantic and virtuosic flavor. Add some intricate vocal harmonies and a dash of Rat Pack-style comedy and it’s clear why The Black Market Trust is one of the premier live acts performing in music today.

Colorado's FY5

“New American Roots” is the moniker of Colorado’s FY5 who proudly swim in the deep currents of American music, playing new songs, well informed of country and bluegrass traditions, but not bound to them. While their sound evokes timelessness, they are inspired by a decidedly contemporary, well-traveled 21st century sensibility that informs their songwriting. As they share the stories that drive the songs, FY5 leaves listeners with tapping toes and ranging thoughts.
